I'm a creative professional dedicated to delivering impactful, authentic content and social media strategies, compelling writing, and successful community building and management.

As a freelancer, I currently serve as the lead Social Media Manager and Strategist for various games at Twin Sails Interactive, an indie video game publisher.

I focus on building engaging and sustainable communities, with a proven track record in social media strategy, content creation and copywriting.
Previously, as a Customer Support Specialist, I developed skills in crisis management and effectively handling expectations and feedback from engaged players.
In my previous roles, I also gained
extensive knowledge in marketing, including content marketing, brand management, benchmarking, and communication.

  • Developed and implemented tone of voice and community growth strategies for 10+ video games: Bloomtown gained 23k Twitter followers pre-release, Gloomhaven achieved ~58M Steam blogpost impressions, News Tower’s Discord grew from 0 to 3k members.
